Created by the Company's founder and Executive Chairman, Dr. James St. Ville, VCM is a unique, integrated design and manufacturing approach that optimizes parts by varying the mechanical properties of its material, allowing for rapid design and manufacturing of advanced composite materials. In his role as the company's Executive Chairman and as founder, Dr. St. Ville takes a hands on approach when it comes to technology advancements and leads "Scorpion Works", our advanced research and development unit. Comprised of some of the world's most specialized scientists and engineers, Scorpion Works' mission is to leverage VCM by accelerating the time from design to commercialization of new product designs for future applications in the armor industry and beyond.
