Dr. St. Ville is the founder of Armor Designs Inc. and the creator of the VCM process. Dr. St. Ville has an MS in Bioengineering from the University of California, San Diego, an MD from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird University).
Ruth Covey
Director of Operations
Ruth Covey has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing engineering at Raytheon, Boeing, and Applied Materials Inc. Mrs. Covey has experience in the disciplines of quality assurance, export control, project management, operations budgeting, and prototype research & development. Ruth has worked at Armor Designs for 7 years and has been instrumental in creation of all the quality assurance and ISO certifications for ADI.
