

Dr. St. Ville is the founder of Armor Designs Inc. and the creator of the VCM process. Dr. St. Ville has an MS in Bioengineering from the University of California, San Diego, an MD from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird University).

Mr. Clement is currently a partner of The Clement Group, a management consulting firm that helps companies deal with strategic issues and opportunities. Prior to starting the consulting firm in 2001, he was the Managing Director of Deluxe Entertainment, the motion picture related businesses of The Rank Group plc. His other experiences include CEO and director of Devry Inc., a NASDAQ listed company, and CFO of Bell and Howell Company, listed on the NYSE. Mr. Clement has served on boards of both publicly held and closely held companies as well as boards of professional and non profit organisations.

Prior to his appointment as COO in November 2007, Dr. Sidhwa was a Senior Director of processes and operations at ST Microelectronics. Dr. Sidhwa has extensive knowledge and experience in device fabrication, material science and manufacturing processing and has contributed to multiple patents and publications. Prior to joining ST Microelectronics, Dr. Sidhwa was employed with Integrated Device Technology Inc. working in manufacturing processing and fabrications, materials characterisation and the assembly of microelectronic devices.

Major General Valenzuela served in the US Army for 33 years and has been assigned to 3 Corps and 6 Divisions. He was posted in Colombia, Turkey, Peru, South Korea, Haiti, Panama, Grenada, Kuwait, El Salvador, Puerto Rico, Germany and Somalia. Highly decorated for valour and heroism, Major General Valenzuela has commanded at every level from Captain to Major General. He has created an educational foundation and gives monies to at risk children and awards scholarships to wounded US soldiers so that they can return to college.

John Cronin was appointed to the Board in January 2009. He spent over 17 years at IBM and became its top inventor with over 100 patents and 150 patent publications. He created and ran the IBM Patent Factory which was essential to helping IBM become number one in US patents and the team contributed to the start of IBM's successful licensing programme. Bill Roper is an accomplished business executive with significant leadership experience in finance, operations and strategic development in both high-growth and rapidly changing environments. He has been a successful CEO and CFO in publicly traded and privately owned businesses. He has a proven ability to drive change across a broad spectrum of industries and markets. Mr. Roper was most recently President & CEO of VeriSign (NASDAQ: VRSN), the leading global provider of internet infrastructure and security services with annual revenues of US$1 billion. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of SAI, Inc. (NYSE: SAI), a diversified science and technology services organisation with annual revenues of US$9 billion.

David Oliveira is the owner of The Investment Center of Tanglewood ("TICOT"). TICOT is an independently owned branch of The Investment Center ("TIC"), a full service brokerage firm and member of Financial Industry Regulatory Authority / Securities Investor Protection Corporation. He has formerly held senior management positions with Klinger & Co., Inc, Oppenheimer & Co., Dean Witter Inc., Merrill Lynch and Waddell & Reed, Inc. Mr. Oliveira has held or currently holds securities licenses: Series 6, 7, 22, 24, 63, 65. Mr. Oliveira is 53 years old.
