Appointment of Permanent CFO and retirement of Directors
Armor Designs, Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of J.Craig Johnson as Chief Financial Officer. Mr Johnson was appointed Acting Chief Financial Officer effective 22 June 2009. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Johnson served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Global Entertainment Corporation. He has been with the Company where he served as Director of Finance prior to assuming the Acting CFO position, since January 2009.
The Company also announces that following completion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company, on 29 September 2009, Sir Richard Johns and Nicholas Smith have retired as directors of the Company. The board thanks each of them for their significant contributions to the development of the business during their respective terms of office.
