Change of Broker
Armor Designs Inc., (AIM: ADID, ADIS), the knowledge-based designer and manufacturer of composite protective products, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Merchant Capital Limited as its sole broker with immediate effect.
Merchant Capital Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Merchant House Group Plc, an AIM quoted company, and is regulated and authorized by the FSA to provide corporate finance and investment advice. Merchant Capital Limited is a member of the London Stock Exchange and of Plus Markets Group.
