Resignation of Nominated Adviser
Armor Designs Inc (the "Company") announces that ZAI Corporate Finance Limited has resigned as Nominated Adviser to the Company effective Tuesday 8 September 2009. The Company has been in discussions with candidate firms regarding the appointment of a Nominated Adviser since August 17, 2009, and consequently, the required due diligence process to name a new Nominated Adviser is not yet completed. Therefore, in accordance with AIM Rule 1, during the period of completion of the due diligence process and pending appointment of a replacement Nominated Adviser, trading of shares in the Company will be temporarily suspended.
